Instatel has encountered opposition from Meta and Instagram over the registering the trademark usage of the term (INSTATEL). It has been opposed by Instagram, backed by Meta at the USPTO registration office - (United States Patent & Trademark Office).
We are all in anticiaption waiting to see the outcome of the decision of the USPTO as to whether the registration of the term INSTATEL will be allowed or denied!
