As a backend developer, CSS has always been one of those things I could “make work” but never enjoyed doing from scratch.

So I built CSSTools.io — a collection of simple visual tools to help generate modern CSS without constantly writing everything manually.

It focuses on making common UI styles easier, like:

gradients
borders
shadows
glassmorphism
animations

Instead of guessing values or tweaking CSS repeatedly, you can visually generate and copy ready-to-use code.

The goal is simple:

Reduce the friction of writing modern CSS, especially for developers who don’t work heavily with frontend styling.

It’s mainly useful for:

backend developers who touch frontend occasionally
indie hackers building fast MVPs
beginners learning CSS
anyone prototyping UI quickly

Would love feedback on:

what tools would be most useful next
what feels missing or confusing
what CSS patterns are still painful to build manually
