The key broke right before leaving the city - it just fell apart in half. At SherlockLock https://www.sherlocklock.com/cars/mini-cooper they said: "No problem." They came with a new case, took everything apart, started it up, checked it. They also told me how to better care for the key fob. Very adequate service - I didn't expect such a level of mobile support. I recommend it, especially if the Mini is capricious.
